injury both knees

Last week I fall down and injury both of my knees,

really pain!!! Is more than 10years since I last fall down.

Until now my left knee still can feel abit of pain.

My left knee, injury one knee is more than enough, yet I can both of my knees!!

sick again

sick again,

flu,

headache,

left eye pain over 1 weeks,

and my skin is so sensitive to my new heel,

due to the rubber. I feel so itchy and pain,

cant even sleep well during night!!

Saturday wear my new heel,

Sunday visit doctor!!!

so i visit to Mr Chan Clinic Pte Ltd

and now i feeling much better,

i dont feel pain and itchy on my leg.

=)))

this is why i always

love to visit this clinic.

Although I’m far away

Lost his way back....

Saw this dog 2days ago,

and i guess he lost his way home...

thinking of bring him,

but my mum disagree

because i got have my own pet at home!!

i wanted to bring him home cos i wish i can do something for him

i still plan to help him to look for his owner,

if i really cant find his owner,

i will call SPCA for help...

Until now i still worry for him!

AMK Hub with Josephine

i am so in love with this dog *CHOW CHOW*

went to amk hub meet josephine as she thinking to sign data plan

and we saw 2 chowchow outside macdonald and alot of people

after that we plan to sit down and have some chat as we never meet each other for around 3 month so

we when to macdonald for supper until 1plus
